Shipping Policy

All SeaQueen jewelry is packaged and shipped from the United States.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Whenever possible, orders placed early in the day may ship same day, but same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. SeaQueen Works is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been accepted and scanned.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Some items may ship with complimentary U.S. shipping, which will be reflected at checkout.

Delivery Issues

SeaQueen Works is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
