Overview

By purchasing from SeaQueen Works, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All items are handmade in small batches and may show slight variations, which are part of the character of handcrafted jewelry.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Items must be returned in resellable condition

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

Handmade Nature

All SeaQueen jewelry is handcrafted. Minor variations in shape, texture, or finish are normal and are not considered defects. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

Shipping

Orders are processed within the stated processing time at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier. SeaQueen Works is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages 

SeaQueen Works is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the small-batch nature of our work, quantities are limited and items may sell out.
